Cactus Benefit


Cactus is usually only used as ornamental plants. Not many people know that type of prickly pear cactus can be found in consumption, and even cactus benefit that is good for health as one of the sources of antioxidants.

Since long the tribes in India and Mexico have used the cactus as a food ingredient. Some are using it as a mixture of soup, jam, until the cheese.
